So far 22 people have asked me why my name in second life is alpha. This is apparantly because furries automatically assume it refers to my sexuality, which I find quite funny, because not one yet has thought of any other possible meaning. Alpha is the firt letter in the Greek alphabet (α) and means ‘new beginning’.

tl;dr - It doesn’t mean I’m dominant.
